The pressure car washer / vehicle cleaning high pressure pump is designed & manufactured with advanced engineering techniques and standard metallurgy. PressureJet AR series car washer pumps are made of high quality. Plungers are made of high grade industrial ceramic having surface roughness less than 0.25 Ra value, Valve and valve is made of stainless steel. Crank case and connecting rods are made of aero plane grade high quality aluminum pressure die casting. These car washer pumps are normally direct couple to eliminate unnecessary friction losses of  belts and pulley.

In conventional car washing machine, gun does not have trigger, price is comparably lower, maintenance is comparatively less, preferable for light duty applications up to 140 bar pressure. Now, since trigger is not there, it is risky to operate because flow of water can only be controlled by switching off the power so it results in wastage of power & water. These all limitations can be nullified with the use of automatic car washing machine, where trigger operated gun is used with its safety device called unloader valve so price of this system is comparably higher and also this system can be used for almost all pressures.
